Terra Plana have done it again and produced a fantastic Vivo Barefoot ankle boot. The styling looks great and makes it a perfect winter walking boot. The Sympatex waterproof breathable lining allows for the utmost comfort and in dark brown, the boots looks very stylish. There is a pull cord at the back to bring in the rim of the boot.

The sole being only 4.5mm allows amazing flexibility that no other shoe or boot can provide. As a direct result this allows your whole body to walk and exercise as though it were barefoot. But why would you want to walk as though you were barefoot? well the health benefits are reason enough.
