Shipping and Returns

Shoes are despatched within 48 hours making the average UK delivery about 1-3 working days. All goods will be posted in the UK will be sent through Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, requiring a signature at the delivery address. Buyers purchasing in a European and all other Worldwide countries will have a minimal charge of £0.99 for all European countries and £1.99 for the Rest of the world.

Should you wish to return an item of footwear please email us your details then ensure the shoes are returned in immaculate and re-saleable condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund to: Deluxe Boutique, 4 Belmont, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4JP, UK. Please enclose your receipt as proof of purchase.

We advise you to obtain a "Proof of Posting" certificate from your post office when returning shoes as we cannot be held responsible for items lost on return to us.

Please note that any original postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded as they are direct costs.
