By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you may not use and access this website. The Deluxe Boutique website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

Ordering

Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

Deluxe Boutique will never accept orders from persons under the age of 16. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but do not include delivery charges). Your payment card will be debited immediately.

Website

We have made every effort to display the colours and descriptions of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colours will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery.
